the location suited me well close to the main train stations and the underground the room was very comfy and tidy it met my needs for a short stay. the staff were friendly they were always helpful and available when needed.

the staff was really lovely and helpful. i also appreciated the location, as it was convenient for catching the eurostar early in the morning (this made my travel much easier).

the room was quite small, so it was not very comfortable. also, the soundproofing was not great, and i could hear every door banging, the noisy doorbell, and guests coming in and out throughout the night.
